Bookings and payments

Coaching and itinerary services

Paid travel coaching and custom itinerary sessions are booked through our profile on the Travel Coach Network at hireatravelcoach.com. All payments are processed securely by PayPal through that platform. No payment information is collected or stored on paperairplanetravel.com.

Courses and webinars

Courses and webinars are hosted and paid for via Thinkific, which manages registration, billing, and account access.

Travel bookings

Travel bookings and partner perks are coordinated through Fora Travel, subject to Fora’s own terms and conditions.

Refunds and reschedules

All coaching and itinerary planning sessions are non-refundable once booked. Clients may reschedule one session at no cost, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Free discovery sessions

“Travel Discovery Sessions” are complimentary and require no payment information. They are designed to help potential clients explore whether our coaching or itinerary services are the right fit.

Intellectual property

All materials on this website—including text, images, graphics, worksheets, itineraries, and course content—are the intellectual property of The Paper Airplane Travel Company unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, share, or reproduce these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Personal use of downloadable resources is permitted.
