A note on bookings

You’ll book accommodations and experiences directly so reservations and payments stay in your name and inbox. When a Fora accommodation booking makes sense, we can discuss that as part of your plan.

2. Confirm trip details based on our discovery call notes (delivered via email) so I can begin the design work
3. Receive your first itinerary draft based on what we discussed
4. Share feedback on the draft so I can make adjustments
5. Receive up to two rounds of revisions to refine the itinerary
6. Get your final itinerary, ready to use for booking and travel
